Last week I talked about how your VA can help you grow your list using social media and email marketing strategies. Here are two more techniques you and your VA can use to build that prospects list.
Free teleclasses. A great way to build up your list is by hosting regular telecalls highlighting a pain point or something of interest to your target market. Your Virtual Assistant can set the whole thing up for you – all you need to do is write the content for the class! Your VA can set up the call on a bridgeline service such as FreeConferenceCall, create a sales page (if necessary), send out the broadcast messages announcing the call, set up the autoresponders for those who sign up for the call, and post to your social media sites too. She can record the call for you and then send out the recording to those who signed up. Often free telecalls include some sort of offer. The details of this offer can be tasked to your talented VA.
Opt in. Hopefully you already have a great opt in on your site but if not, your VA can help set that up. If you’re planning to offer an ebook or report, your VA can edit and format it for you. She may be able to create and add the opt in box to your website (from either your email marketing program or online shopping cart) and create the auto responder that would go with it. One of the fastest and easiest ways to grow your list is by capturing the name and email addresses of those who visit your site. All of your marketing is to drive traffic to your site and there better be a place for people to easily learn more about you once they get there. A “contact me” form is not enough.
I’ve given you some great ideas to pass on to your VA’s. Have that conversation with your VA and find out what she can and can’t help you with. She may have a list of resources that can help where she can’t or you may need to hire additional team members to get these tasks done. List building is at the top of every online entrepreneur’s list so ensure these items get taken care of.
What’s going to be at the top of your list?
